1. About us

EfyCore Technologies LLP is a limited liability partnership registered in India and based in Thane, Maharashtra, India. We build SaaS products, including Device Vault, and provide web, mobile, SaaS and cloud engineering services.

2. Use of the website

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, interfere with the website's operation, introduce malicious code, or scrape or copy its content for commercial use without our permission.

3. Device Vault

Device Vault is currently in development and offered to selected partners under early access. Features may change, and early-access use may be governed by a separate pilot or subscription agreement, which takes precedence over these Terms where they conflict.

If you use Device Vault, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information, including genuine purchase invoices and device details.
• Keep your account credentials confidential and tell us promptly about any unauthorised use.
• Not submit fraudulent, altered or misleading claims or documents.

Warranty coverage is determined by the terms set by the manufacturer, brand, retailer or insurer that issues it. Device Vault helps manage and fulfil those warranties; it does not itself guarantee that a claim will be approved, or the outcome of a repair.

4. Engineering services

Client engagements for design, development or cloud work are governed by a separate written agreement or statement of work, which sets out scope, fees, timelines, and the ownership of intellectual property.

5. Intellectual property

The website, Device Vault, and all related software, content, logos and trademarks are owned by or licensed to EfyCore Technologies LLP. You may not copy, modify or distribute them without our written permission, except as allowed by law or by a separate agreement.

6. Privacy

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Third-party services

Our website and products may link to or integrate with third-party services, such as service centres, logistics partners and messaging platforms. We are not responsible for their content, policies or practices.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The website and early-access products are provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, EfyCore is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including loss of data, profit or business, arising from your use of the website or products. Our total liability for any claim relating to these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the 12 months before the claim arose.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end access to our website or products if we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached, or if we need to in order to comply with law or protect our users and systems.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continuing to use our website or products after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Thane, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
