1. Who we are

EfyCore Technologies LLP is a limited liability partnership registered in India and based in Thane, Maharashtra, India. We build cloud SaaS products, including Device Vault, a warranty fulfilment platform, and provide web, mobile, SaaS and cloud engineering services. For the purposes of the DPDP Act, EfyCore is the Data Fiduciary for personal data collected through this website and directly from our customers.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us

  • Contact details such as your name, email address, phone number and company when you fill in our contact or early-access form or email us.

Device Vault

If you use Device Vault, directly or through a brand, retailer or insurer that uses it, we may process: account details (name, phone number, email); device details such as make, model, serial number or IMEI; purchase invoices and the details extracted from them (product, purchase date, seller, price); warranty and protection plan details; claim information, including issue descriptions, photos and pickup or delivery addresses; and records of each step of a claim.

Where Device Vault is provided under a brand's name, that brand may also be a Data Fiduciary for your data, and we process it on its behalf and under our agreement with it.

Information collected automatically

Basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited and timestamps, collected through server logs and, where used, privacy-respecting analytics.

We process personal data with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time, or for legitimate uses permitted under the DPDP Act, such as when you voluntarily provide information for a specific purpose or where processing is needed to comply with law. • Brands, retailers or insurers whose warranty programmes you are part of in Device Vault.
  • Authorised service centres, repair partners and logistics providers, so they can fulfil your claim.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and will notify the Data Protection Board of India and affected users of personal data breaches as required by law.
