The existing monolithic storefront scored 28 on mobile Lighthouse and was losing 12% of sessions on PDP load.

Solution

Headless rebuild on Next.js with Shopify Storefront API, Algolia search, streaming PDPs, and edge-side caching on Vercel. Lighthouse went from 28 to 98, conversion up 17%.
